Where is your shop located?
You can find us at 19 Rosebery Avenue, London EC1R 4SP.
We're easy to reach by public transport; buses 19 & 38 stop right outside, the closest stations are Farringdon & Chancery Lane, and we are about a 15-20minute walk from Kings Cross, Angel, & Holborn. If you are driving, there are Pay & Display bays on both sides of the road, please be aware we are in the Congestion Charge zone.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. This is expected to change as we grow, so please do check our website for updates or follow us on our socials for updates (links are in the footer of this page).
Do you have an online store?
Yes! You can explore our beautiful range of yarns, tools, and accessories online, and we deliver across the UK and beyond.
For international orders, just a quick heads-up—any customs or excise duties will be your responsibility. The carrier allows 7 days for payment, so be sure to settle it in time to avoid your parcel being returned (which could result in extra charges). If you have any questions about shipping, feel free to reach out.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Our shop has step-free access, and we’re more than happy to open both doors to accommodate wheelchair users. Inside, some areas may be a bit snug, but we're always on hand to help move things around and make your browsing experience as comfortable as possible. If you need any assistance, just let us know—we’re here to help.

What types of yarn do you sell?
We stock a growing selection of yarns, from natural fibres like merino, alpaca, and cotton to fully vegan options. We have a beautiful range of luxury hand-dyed and eco-friendly options and, equally important, budget-friendly options. Whether you're after something soft and snuggly or durable for everyday wear, or something fun for amigurumi, we've got you covered.
Do you sell knitting and crochet supplies?
We have a select range of needles, hooks, stitch markers, patterns, and more—everything you need to bring your projects to life.
Can I request a specific yarn or brand you don’t stock?
Yes! We love hearing what our customers want. Let us know what you're looking for, and we’ll see if we can source it for you.
Orders & Policies
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! Our gift cards make the perfect present for any yarn lover. Available in-store and online.
What is your return policy?
We’re happy to accept returns for a refund on unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. If you'd prefer an exchange or store credit, you have up to 30 days to return items in the same unused, unopened condition. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on cut yarn or sale items. If you have any questions, feel free to drop us an email.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
If you’re working on a big project or ordering for a group, get in touch. We may be able to offer bulk discounts on certain products.
