Delivery Information

We currently post to the UK but we are very happy to provide a quote for shipping outside of these areas. Please get in touch.

For UK parcels we normally use Royal Mail, but may on occasions use other couriers such as Evri, UPS or DPD.


UK ORDERS

  • Delivery is free* for orders over £50 (*after discounts are applied)
  • Delivery charges for patterns is £1.95. This is not tracked.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 Post is £3.55. Order before 6pm for delivery within 3 working days.
  • You will be emailed a tracking number by Royal Mail (please check your Spam Folder). If you do not receive this and you have a query about your delivery, please contact us.
  • You can manage your delivery using the links in the email or alternatively download the Royal Mail app.

REFUNDS

Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price and postage and packaging charges if you change your mind (i.e. the goods or services provided are not faulty or were not described properly) within 14 working days.
